Graduate Students

Rodrigo Mohallem

Rodrigo graduated from the Aryal Lab at Purdue University under the Department of Comparative Pathobiology. His research focused on global and targeted proteomics approaches to unveil the complex dynamics of the proteome landscape of cells during senescence. He is now a JSPS postdoctoral fellow at Kyoto University, Japan.

 

Anuj Sharma

Anuj joined the Aryal Lab as a Laboratory Research Associate in January 2026. He earned his M.S. in Food Science from Oklahoma State University. His research focused on targeted proteomics to characterize immuno-enriched compounds across different types of milk and dairy products. He is currently working as a food technologist at ALKAR Inc., Wisconsin, where his role focuses on the research and development of advanced food processing technologies.
